Dear Girls & Boys - esp. the teenagers - you all have stepped in a very delicate phase of your life- where you tend to become very inquisitive regarding everything that happens around you - especially if you belong to educated & cultured families and have been made to follow strict rules and regulations by your parents - but when you see life around you - you usually find that those people who are the most unruly are the ones who rule !! Thus, in this contradictary state of affairs, you tend to become rebellious or depressed or aything else which might not be good enough in the long run. 	I had written the above Projects while I was the Career Advisor in Arena Multimedia.Only 3% of the students understood what I was trying to say and they even implemented the same.Some clever ones understood it all but 'played it safe' - they concluded that such Projects will have no value in the long run - as they were mentally prepared to work for the very people about whom I was writing !Some were discouraged by the Faculties - I even heard things like "Let her mad idea not affect you all in any way - just listen from one ear and let go from the other ' - they all even had a hearty laugh! (Well I have my spies as well - they told me all about the reactions... ).Anyways just read on what I have to say to the World !I had even sent it to the HR Head some Mr. Dharmseh Kashyap and he replied saying "We want evolution not revolution '..well men know other men very well - they know how badly men in India will react if the sole reason of their existance - ie. watching Item Girls - is snatched away from them !
