A typical person has around 4-5 litres of blood. The blood is the transport system by which oxygen and nutrients reach the body's cells, and waste materials are carried away. In addition, blood carries substances called hormones, which control body processes, and antibodies to fight invading germs.

The heart, a muscular organ, positioned behind the ribcage and between the lungs, is the pump that keeps this transport system moving.

Notice the way the Heart is beating. It beats like this all the time. Have you ever wondered what a complex mechanism it is? No I suppose !

And by the way - its like this in case of all human beings - Lub-dub..lub-dub...be it a King or a Pauper !

Your heart is about the size
of your clenched fist. It has thick muscular walls and is divided into two
pumps. Each pump has two chambers. The upper, smaller, thin-walled atrium
receives blood coming in from the veins. The blood flows through a one-way
valve, which makes sure it always moves in the correct direction, into the
larger, lower chamber called the ventricle. It has thick strong walls that
contract to squeeze blood through another valve, out into the arteries.

The body's circulation has two parts, with the heart acting as a double pump. Blood from the right side pump is dark red (bluish) and low in oxygen. It travels along pulmonary arteries to the lungs where it receives fresh supplies of oxygen and becomes bright red. It flows along pulmonary veins back to the heart's left side pump.

Blood leaves the left side of the heart and travels through arteries which gradually divide into capillaries. In the capillaries, food and oxygen are released to the body cells, and carbon dioxide and other waste products are returned to the bloodstream. The blood then travels in veins back to the right side of the heart, and the whole process begins again!

"pulmonary arteries to the lungs where it receives fresh supplies of oxygen": not in case of smokers though! When the cyclical phenomenon happens with smokers/ drug addicts/ alcohol consumers etc. its rotten blood which goes on getting circulated in the entire system because of which the immune system weakens drastically and one gets into all sorts of aliments - so one need'nt go to an astrologer in order to find out why exactly he/ she is not keeping fit/ well. Since Prevention is better than cure - one should take care of his / her food habits and should'nt get into any addiction.

And by the way our creator ie. God , has many things to do with his Creation. He has sent Divine Messengers, Angels,Scientists etc. in order to enlighten us on how to live/ why to live/ way to live etc. If in spite of learning so much you are suffering unnecessarily because of someone else's fault/ deception etc. then don't bother the Gods - be prudent and alert.

And by the way, do not mistake love with lust ! which is happening very commonly nowadays ! or maybe throughout history !After all "We did'nt start the fire". By being prudent I mean before giving someone some place in your heart (I mean in your thoughts - since physically heart is already doing a lot of work) you must know a whole lot of things about the person...just like before buying a toothpaste you see the brand name, the key ingredients etc. for a thing to be kept in your bathroom !! But when it comes to placing someone in your heart - you do not bother to see his / her background, education, culture..etc. All this does matter - but alas people realise it when its too late !
